Starting the 3rd week of October, I was already starting to feel lethargic, sad, hopeless, and overwhelmed. On Oct. 23 I used the light box…and felt immediately better. Today is the 3rd day and I feel strong, energetic, capable, and happy. IT WORKS! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
