Our number one goal at The SunBox Company is to provide our customers with the best quality light therapy products and the best possible service. We do our best to make sure that every SAD therapy sale and every customer is handled with courteous, professional service.

We realize that when you make the decision to invest in one of our light therapy products, you want to get it quickly. We ship most orders within one business day of the time the order is placed.

If you prefer to order online, you have the convenience of doing so any time you wish—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are a local customer (in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area) and need new bulbs, we’ll install the replacement bulbs in your SAD lamp for you as you wait. (Just bring your SunBox in to our retail store.) Please call for an appointment.

In addition to all the above, we offer a SAD light loaner program to mental health professionals, so they can have a demonstration light therapy unit to show or loan to their patients for evaluation purposes, at the doctor’s discretion. Just send an email to info@sunbox.com and ask for loaner information. You must be a MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL to participate in this program.

 

Return Policy

Our products are not for everyone, and we realize that many of our products represent a considerable financial investment for a lot of people. If our products don’t help you, we don’t want you to be stuck with them: we want you to return them for a refund. This benefits you (no risk) and benefits us (you might know someone else who might benefit from our products, and word-of-mouth advertising from a satisfied customer is worth much more than traditional advertising). Our products are meant to be used, so we want all our products to find homes with people who will enjoy and benefit from them.

All products purchased from The SunBox Company may be returned within 45 days from date of delivery for a full refund (less shipping costs) if returned in good condition. We ask that you keep the original shipping materials to reuse in case of return, as this is the best way to ensure that the unit will not be damaged in transit back to us.

From time to time, additional time is necessary to determine whether one of our products will be helpful to you or not. If this is the case, please contact us to discuss the situation; the 45 day return policy is not set in stone, and we are happy to make reasonable exceptions to this policy.
