I was amazed that I noticed a difference in just a few days using my SunBox!

I have had the Sunbox Jr for 7 yrs or so. I have not used it regularly for about 1 1/2 yrs. and am feeling the need to start up again. The days are getting shorter and I feel it. (Even in San Diego).

The blog is great! It says everything I already know! I suffer from SAD and was suffering from major depression also when I ordered my sunbox. I was amazed that I noticed a difference in just a few days. It has also really helped my anxiety.

I ordered one for my dad(San Diego) about 5 years ago and my brother (Ohio) has been using one for about 3-4 yrs. He said it makes such a difference for him in the winter in Ohio.

So, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for great customer service. Thank you for producing a product to help mental health. Thank you for providing information to support what we already know. Thank you!
