Order Confirmation

Thank you. Your order has been received. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking details. Orders typically ship within 36-48 hours, excluding weekends, and orders received after 1PM EST will ship the next business day. Please note not applicable if item is back ordered or high demand. We have a 45 day return policy at owner’s expense AND in original packaging.

We always send tracking when your package is shipped and ask you to please open your package within 7 days and if there is damage please keep ALL packaging material. We insure your order, however, both UPS and USPS are requiring either photos or in some cases you will be asked to take the package to the local post office or UPS will come pick up the damaged item(s). We cannot process a claim otherwise and may need your assistance. As a small company, we appreciate your business and willingness to help us take care of you! It takes a village!
