SunBox…These people have the most amazing customer service…I took out my lightbox yesterday to start using it for the year, and it wouldn’t work. I called the number on the sticker, and the phone was answered immediately by a real -and knowledgable-person with real advice, who helped me determine that I needed a new bulb. She took my credit card, it shipped yesterday, and is out for delivery today. So refreshing these days. And, I might add, the light box really helps me in the fall and winter. Thank you, Sunbox!
