Just plug your bedside lamp into your SunRizr and plug the simulator into a wall outlet. You have all you need to bring dawn into your room any time you want. The SunRizr has a fixed duration dawn of 45 minutes and a (manually-started) dusk of 15 minutes. Small enough to take anywhere, the SunRizr works with 120 volt lamps, and is rated for up to 400 watts. It accepts one two-prong light plug. Not for use with fluorescent or low voltage lamps.
