Our Number-One Goal here at The SunBox Company is to provide our customers with the best quality products and the best possible service. We do our best to make sure that every sale and every customer is handled with courteous, professional service.

We realize that when you make the decision to invest in one of our light therapy products, you want to get it quickly. We ship most orders within 1 business day of the time the order is placed. We've gotten a lot of feedback (see our Testimonials page) from customers who were shocked at how quickly their order arrived – sometimes as quickly as the next day for our standard (not expedited) shipping method.

All of our products come with a full money-back guarantee (see our Return Policy in our Buyer's Guide for more details).

We offer a variety of ways to place orders (mail, online, phone), and a variety of ways to pay for them (cash, check or money order, or 4 major credit cards). We'll even allow you to buy our light boxes on an interest-free payment plan if your budget doesn't allow you to buy them outright (please contact us by phone for more information on payment plans).

If you are a local customer (in the D.C. metropolitan area) and need replacement bulbs in your SunBox, we'll install them for you if you bring it in to our office at no additional charge.

Ordering by phone is easy and pleasant - the process usually takes fewer than 10 minutes. If you prefer to order online, you have the convenience of doing so any time you wish - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition to all of the above, we offer a loaner program to health professionals, so they can have a demonstration unit to show to their patients or to loan out to them for evaluation purposes, at the doctor's discretion.
